Privacy Policy for RAI Calendar

We collect basic account information (such as your email address) when you register, securely managed via Supabase. We do not require a custom domain email; personal emails are accepted.

If you submit your email through our mobile landing “Notify me on launch” form, we store that address in a dedicated waitlist table (registered_users) hosted on Supabase.

We use waitlist emails only to send you a one-time notification when the RAI Calendar Android app becomes available. We do not use this list for marketing newsletters, and we do not sell or share waitlist emails with third parties.

After the Android app has launched and we have sent the launch notification email to everyone on the waitlist, we will delete the waitlist table and permanently remove all stored waitlist email addresses from our systems.

You may request removal of your email from the waitlist before launch by contacting us at rai.ai.calendar@gmail.com.

To provide our core service, RAI Calendar requests access to your Google Calendar. We only access, read, and write data strictly necessary to synchronize your events. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or share this data.

When you use voice commands, we request access to your microphone. Your spoken audio is transcribed to text and sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely to execute calendar actions. We do not store raw audio files, and your data is not used to train AI models.

All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. RAI Calendar does not store or process your credit card details.

Our service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
