By accessing RAI Calendar, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

RAI Calendar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for perfect uptime, we cannot guarantee the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through its checkout. It handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Payment and subscription actions, including cancellation and refund requests, are handled through Lemon Squeezy. The terms and options shown by Lemon Squeezy at checkout and in its customer portal apply to each purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAI Calendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including data loss or synchronization errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the jurisdiction of Istanbul, without regard to conflict of law principles.
