Terms of Service for RAI Calendar

By accessing RAI Calendar, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

RAI Calendar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for perfect uptime, we cannot guarantee the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

By submitting your email on our mobile landing page, you agree that we may contact you once by email when the RAI Calendar Android app launches.

Your email is stored only for that launch notification. After we have sent the launch email to all waitlist subscribers, we will delete the waitlist database table and remove all collected waitlist addresses.

The waitlist is not a marketing mailing list. For early removal before launch, email rai.ai.calendar@gmail.com.

Payments: All financial transactions are managed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles applicable taxes and compliance.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Cancellations: After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal, and you will not be billed for the following cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAI Calendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including data loss or synchronization errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the jurisdiction of Istanbul, without regard to conflict of law principles.
