How it works

Authorize Notion, select databases for events, notes, and to-dos, and enable auto-push, auto-pull, or both. You can also send an item manually or choose Sync now.

Set it up

  1. 1Open Settings → Integrations and choose Connect Notion.
  2. 2During authorization, share the target databases with RAI.
  3. 3Select a database for events, notes, and to-dos.
  4. 4Enable auto-push, auto-pull, or both.

Good to know

  • Optional Date and Checkbox properties are used when present; otherwise RAI writes the title and page body.
  • Deletes are soft on both sides, so late updates do not recreate removed items.

Data & disconnecting

RAI stores an OAuth token, selected database identifiers, and page link mappings to sync items. Disconnecting removes the stored token and stops further sync. RAI does not sell integration data or use it for advertising.
