How it works

Set Zoom as your default video provider. New online events can create a Zoom meeting in the background, and the Join action appears when its link is ready.

Set it up

  1. 1Open Settings → Integrations and choose Connect Zoom.
  2. 2Set Zoom as the default video provider in Calendar Preferences.
  3. 3Create an online event; RAI adds a Zoom meeting automatically.

Good to know

  • When Google Calendar is connected, the Zoom URL is placed on the Google event; RAI does not create a Google Meet conference for that event.
  • Disconnecting Zoom does not delete meetings that were already created.

Data & disconnecting

RAI stores OAuth tokens and your Zoom user ID and email to create meetings for online events. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and stops new Zoom meeting creation. RAI does not sell integration data or use it for advertising.
